Amazon has recently launched its Luna cloud gaming service in the Great White North. This service provides gamers instant access to a vast selection of console-quality games on their existing devices. Also, an American multinational technology company announced the market launch of Luna Controller. With this Amazon’s cloud gaming service, customers can stream and play games without the need for lengthy downloads, expensive hardware, or complicated setup. The Luna game catalogue offers a wide range of titles across three different subscription services, catering to all kinds of gamers.

Luna is powered by Amazon Web Services, which efficient and reliable cloud technology guarantees a seamless and effortless gaming experience. The Luna Controller is specifically designed and optimized for cloud gaming and connects directly to the cloud via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to minimize gameplay latency. Its unique Cloud Direct technology allows gamers to switch between screens of TVs and mobile phones without additional pairing or configuration changes.

The Luna game selection includes casual games, retro classics, and AAA titles, ensuring there is always something interesting for everyone to play. For an additional monthly fee, Prime members can get access to a rotating selection of games on Luna. It is worth mentioning that Prime members and Luna+ subscribers can link their Ubisoft Connect account to Luna and play select Ubisoft PC games they already own straight on their Fire TV or any other supported device.

Luna also features unique gaming capabilities and features that make it easy to play and engage with friends, family, and communities. The Luna Phone Controller allows customers to play Luna on Fire TV using just their iPhone or Android phone as the controller through the Luna Controller app, available as a free download in the iOS and Android app stores. The Luna Couch feature allows users to play local co-op games together with friends on Luna, even when physically apart.

Moreover, Luna offers the ability to live broadcast gameplay to Twitch, allowing anyone to be a Twitch broadcaster on PC, Mac, and Fire TV with just a few clicks. Streaming gameplay live with a camera feed overlaid on-screen using the broadcast button provides a simple way to broadcast to the Twitch community. For those on Fire TV devices, simply use a QR code to connect your smartphone as a web camera and a microphone.

Since the first of April, Luna is available to everyone in the Great White North on compatible devices, including Fire TV, Fire tablets, Windows PCs, Chromebooks, Macs, iPhones, iPads, and Android phones. Users can start playing by downloading the Luna Controller app, using a compatible third-party controller, or purchasing the Luna Controller.
