Great Canadian Entertainment announced its new $1 billion casino at Woodbine Racetrack in the capital of Ontario province. The facility would be named Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto. According to Woodbine Entertainment Group CEO Jim Lawson, the Ontario casino will be the largest in Canada when it opens later this year, and he believed it would be beneficial for horse racing.
