Antstream Arcade and Blacknut Join Samsung Gaming Hub for Samsung Smart TVs and Monitors, Offering Premium and Arcade Games

Samsung Smart TV and Smart Monitor owners can now enjoy access to a vast selection of games as Antstream Arcade and Blacknut join the lineup of Samsung Gaming Hub partners. The rollout of these additions begins today. Samsung has made it convenient for players of all ages to discover and access content from leading game streaming partners, including Xbox, NVIDIA GeForce NOW, Amazon Luna, Utomik, Antstream Arcade (with over 1,400 arcade classics), and Blacknut (with over 500 premium family titles and exclusive games).

Mike Lucero, Head of Product Management for Gaming at Samsung Electronics, expressed enthusiasm about the expanded offerings. He stated that Samsung Gaming Hub offered players more ways to access the titles they loved and discover new ones to play from their game streaming partners without the need for a console. He mentioned that with the inclusion of Antstream Arcade and Blacknut, games had become even easier to dive into. He further explained that all users needed to do was pick up their Samsung TV remote to enjoy popular games like ‘Pac-Man’ and ‘Who Wants to be a Millionaire?’ Alternatively, they could pair their Bluetooth controller to access a vast collection of world-class games across different genres. He emphasized that with the availability of more games and diverse ways to play, there had never been a better time to engage in gaming on Samsung Gaming Hub.

Antstream Arcade stands as the world’s largest cloud retro gaming service, offering players access to over 1,400 classic games and 500 mini-challenges. Via the Samsung Gaming Hub, users can enjoy beloved arcade games like “Galaga,” “Dig Dug,” and “Double Dragon” on their Samsung Smart TVs or Monitors.

Currently, Antstream Arcade is providing a 12-month access plan to the platform for $12 (or £12 or €12 depending on the region), a significant discount to access the platform’s extensive collection of retro games.

Blacknut, on the other hand, is an online video game streaming service that provides instant access to a wide range of games. With a monthly subscription, players gain access to over 500 premium games suitable for the whole family, with five simultaneously accessible player profiles and a game library available across various screens. The Blacknut gaming catalogue is curated and equipped with optional parental controls, catering to younger users as well. It offers a separate pin-protected profile for junior gamers to enjoy options such as Outright Games’ thrilling adventures based on beloved children’s TV shows like “PAW Patrol” and the “Gigantosaurus” series.

Exclusively for Samsung consumers and integrated into the Samsung Gaming Hub, Blacknut is offering new users a 15-day free trial to explore the catalogue and play any of its 500+ premium video games on select 2022 and 2023 Samsung TVs.

Samsung Gaming Hub will be returning to Summer Game Fest in Los Angeles next week, providing players with an even broader selection of games, screens, and ways to play. Antstream Arcade and Blacknut will be showcased at the Samsung Gaming Hub booth, alongside other game streaming partners such as Xbox, NVIDIA GeForce Now, Amazon Luna, and Utomik.
