The duration of the showcase is estimated to be around two hours. However, since it’s a live event, it’s worth noting that it could potentially exceed the expected duration or even conclude earlier. Nonetheless, it’s highly likely that Keighley, the organizer, aims to adhere to the schedule he has promised.

What can you anticipate seeing at Summer Game Fest 2023?

Three games have already been confirmed to make appearances at Summer Game Fest 2023. The showcase will feature a world-premiere gameplay reveal of Mortal Kombat 1, the Soulsborne game Lies of P will be showcased, and Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty will also make an appearance in some capacity. Apart from these announcements, no official details have been revealed. However, given the constant reminders by Final Fantasy VII Rebirth leading up to SGF, there is a possibility that we might see something related to that game during the show.
